Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive through ABA-guided support. The role offers a part-time schedule with potential to expand to full-time based on center needs and availability.

You will work 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, serving Atascadero, Templeton, and Paso Robles areas with travel within about 20 miles. Paid training and progression opportunities accompany competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 client support for children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Provide at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
  • Track progress by collecting and recording data to guide next steps.
  • Foster learning through structured activities and interactive approaches.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow company policies to protect and support clients.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives
  • Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.00/per hour, based on experience and education
  • Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
  • Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability
Hiring Bonus
  • $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
  • $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
Additional Pay Incentives
  • +$2/hour for weekend shifts
  • +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
  • Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
  • Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
  • Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
  • Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
