Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive through structured ABA therapy. This role focuses on delivering 1:1 support, following individualized plans under supervision, and maintaining high professional standards.

You will work part-time with a typical schedule of Monday–Friday from 2:00pm to 7:00pm and may move into full-time hours based on center needs and availability. Training is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide Consistent Therapy with at least 15 scheduled hours per week.
• Track Progress by collecting and recording data to measure growth.
• Foster Learning and Growth through structured activities and interactive approaches.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards by following HIPAA and company policies.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $21.00-$25.00/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holiday

Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm to 7:00pm

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
