360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist – Empowerment Specialist in California. This role involves working with children and teens who have developmental disabilities, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision, and delivering up to 15 hours of therapy weekly.

We offer part-time hours (15–20 per week) with potential to move to full-time, weekend differentials, and mileage reimbursement for long distances. Training is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Spanish bilingual is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support for children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data to guide steps.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting and company policies.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm
• Some morning availability needed to complete 2-3 weeks of training

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
