Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based settings in Elk Grove, California. You will support children with autism using ABA, with paid training provided and flexible scheduling.

The role is part-time with hours across mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. Candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel locally; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college enrollment or graduation preferred.
• Comfortable with local travel to client locations (20–40 miles radius).
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred but not required as training is provided.
• Bilingual skills are a plus; valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA; training provided.
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
• Part-time role

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma required, with a preference if you are currently enrolled in college, have attended or have already graduated from college
  
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
  Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
