Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking warm, motivated individuals to provide ABA services to children and adolescents in Los Angeles County locations, including Compton. The role offers 15–20 hours per week with a pathway to full-time based on needs and availability.

Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, with benefits like mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, paid training, and professional development opportunities. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (not required).
• Spanish speaker strongly needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
