Qualifications

• BCBA certification or Minnesota Special Education license.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Experience implementing Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
• Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with school teams to develop and implement behavior intervention strategies and PBIS across sites.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior support recommendations.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans and IEP-related supports.
• Coach and train school staff on behavioral strategies and data-driven decision‑making.
• Analyze behavioral data to guide programming decisions and student interventions.
