Career Links is seeking a dedicated Behavior Intervention Specialist to support students in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. This full-time, onsite role focuses on implementing positive behavior supports, conducting FBAs, and collaborating with educational teams for student success.

The ideal candidate will have BCBA certification or Minnesota Tier 3/4 SPED license, experience with FBAs, and PBIS implementation across multiple school sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide intervention plans.
• Implementation of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) across school sites.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, admins, related service providers, and families.
• Travel between 3–4 assigned school sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support students across the Anoka-Hennepin School District with positive behavior supports.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior support recommendations.
• Provide coaching, consultation, and training to school staff on behavior strategies.
• Analyze behavioral data to guide programming decisions and student interventions.
• Assist with development and implementation of IEPs in accordance with requirements.
• Maintain compliant documentation and district policy alignment.
• Collaborate with educational teams to ensure consistent behavioral programming.
