Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in a related field.
• Experience with at-risk or behaviorally challenged students desirable.
• Ability to collaborate with IEP teams and parents.

Responsibilities

• Understand behavioral needs of students across age groups.
• Develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), interventions, and BIPs.
• Meet with students requiring intervention and monitor progress.
• Participate in IEP teams and collaborate with staff, administrators, and families.
• Monitor attendance and contribute to Absence Intervention Plans.
• Maintain accurate records per policies and procedures.
• Contribute to school events and daily duties as needed.
