Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required for clinical documentation.
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field with training in assessment and behavior support plan development.
• BCBA credential preferred or required with relevant master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior support plans.
• Train staff on behavior supports and data collection methods.
• Consult with professionals on behavioral and psychosocial status.
• Maintain compliant documentation for billing and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and revise behavior treatment plans and psychosocial assessments.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and intake screenings.
• Consult with families and staff on status and recommendations.
• Chair or participate in agency-wide committees.
