Job summary

Chimes in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking dedicated behavioral health staff to deliver individualized services to youth and families in our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program. You will implement treatment plans, reinforce replacement behaviors, and support skill-building in communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience providing mental health support services to youth or young adults is preferred.
• Certification: BCAT (Board Certified Autism Technician) required (We provide this training if you do not have it!)
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and federal fingerprint-based background checks; Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, one-to-one behavioral health services to youth and families
• Implement treatment and behavior management plans developed by the Behavior Consultant
• Teach and reinforce safe, socially acceptable replacement behaviors
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and problem-solving
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary to stabilize acute situations
• Complete accurate documentation and participate in supervision and collaboration
