Job summary

Holcomb-Behavioral-Health-Systems in Harrisburg, PA is hiring to deliver individualized behavioral health services to youth and families.

This role supports treatment plans, crisis intervention, and documentation while working in a mission-driven nonprofit with paid training and flexible schedules.

Certification: BCAT preferred or provided; PA clearances required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience providing mental health support to youth or young adults preferred.
• BCAT certification required (training provided if needed).
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and fingerprint-based checks; Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $17+/hour
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time schedules available
Program: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)

What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized, one-to-one behavioral health services to youth and families
• Implement treatment and behavior management plans developed by the Behavior Consultant
• Teach and reinforce safe, socially acceptable replacement behaviors
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and problem-solving
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary to stabilize acute situations
• Complete accurate documentation and participate in supervision and collaboration

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of experience providing mental health support services to youth or young adults is preferred
• Certification: BCAT (Board Certified Autism Technician) required (We provide this training if you do not have it!)
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and federal fingerprint-based background checks; Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification
