Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to provide 1:1 services in Philadelphia-area schools and communities. The role offers a competitive rate up to $20/hr with independent contract opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds a related Bachelor's degree (or applicable minimum education with experience), has required clearances, CPR/First Aid, CBH Core and RBT trainings, and will implement ABA and collaborate with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Clearances (FBI, Child Abuse ACT 126, Criminal) required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Must complete client's CBH Core Trainings and RBT Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 services in school/community settings for middle/high school students with behavioral challenges.
• Provide behavioral interventions and crisis management for youth with mental health diagnoses.
• Collaborate with treatment team to contribute to treatment plans.
• Monitor behaviors with daily logging and weekly time-sheet submission.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
