Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is hiring 2nd Shift Part-Time Weekend Behavior Health Techs for its residential programs in Creedmoor, NC. You will provide direct care to adults with brain injury and support behavioral training and daily living activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Comprehensive benefits and tuition reimbursement are offered.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility wide behavioral training and documents progress.

• Transports residents to appointments and activities in the community.
• Completes daily documentation and house-keeping tasks.

We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

We are searching for 2nd Shift Part-Time Weekend Behavior Health Techs to work in our residential programs located in Creedmoor, NC. Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges as a result of brain injury.
Duties

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation
• Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis
• Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)
