Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking 1st Shift Part-Time Weekend Behavior Health Techs for our residential programs located in Creedmoor, NC. Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges resulting from brain injury.

You will implement facility-wide behavioral training, model appropriate behavior, assist residents with ADLs, transport them to appointments and activities, and complete all daily documentation and housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years old required.
• Valid driver’s license with responsible driving behavior.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility-wide behavioral training and documents accordingly.
• Models appropriate behavior and provides positive reinforcement daily.
• Assists residents with ADLs and participates in activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments and community activities.
• Completes daily documentation, house charts, checklists, medication records and incident reports.
• Performs housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and dusting.

We are searching for 1st Shift Part-Time Weekend Behavior Health Techs to work in our residential programs located in Creedmoor, NC. Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges as a result of brain injury.

Duties

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation
• Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis
• Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
