Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems - A Chimes Company is seeking staff to deliver individualized behavioral health services to youth and families in Harrisburg, PA. The role emphasizes implementing treatment plans, teaching replacement behaviors, and supporting social skills development.

Candidates should have 1 year of youth-focused mental health experience and BCAT certification (training provided if needed). Clearances and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience providing mental health support services to youth or young adults is preferred.
• Certification: BCAT (Board Certified Autism Technician) required (We provide this training if you do not have it!)
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and federal fingerprint-based background checks; Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, one-to-one behavioral health services to youth and families
• Implement treatment and behavior management plans developed by the Behavior Consultant
• Teach and reinforce safe, socially acceptable replacement behaviors
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and problem-solving
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary to stabilize acute situations
• Complete accurate documentation and participate in supervision and collaboration
