Job summary

Chimes in Harrisburg is seeking compassionate behavioral health professionals to deliver IBHS services to youth and families. You will implement treatment plans, support skill-building, and provide crisis intervention when needed.

Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with paid training and opportunities for career growth in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience providing mental health support services to youth or young adults.
• Certification: BCAT required (training provided if needed).
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and federal fingerprint-based background checks; Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, one-to-one behavioral health services to youth and families.
• Implement treatment and behavior management plans developed by the Behavior Consultant.
• Teach and reinforce safe, socially acceptable replacement behaviors.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and problem-solving.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary to stabilize acute situations.
• Complete accurate documentation and participate in supervision and collaboration.
