LifeView Group, Inc. in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to support counselors and nursing staff across residential, inpatient and outpatient programs. You will assist adults and children with activities of daily living, help connect to resources, and monitor safety and progress.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CPR, CPI training, and background screenings. Prior behavioral health experience is preferred; strong verbal and written communication skills are

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year of experience in behavioral health preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• CPI training required.
• 20 hours of the required CCA training provided.
• Pass Human Trafficking training within 60 days of hire.
• Provide integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services as required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work other behavioral health programs as needed.
• Pass background screenings and have a valid driver’s license.

• Assist persons to complete activities of daily living and access needed resources.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of persons served.
• Implement interventions per the treatment or service plan.
• Monitor and document progress.
