Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• CPI training required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to pass organization screenings as appropriate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive helping relationship with people receiving services.
• Assist those receiving services to complete activities of daily living and access resources.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of those served.
• Implement interventions according to each person’s treatment plan.
• Monitor and document the person’s progress.
