Job summary

Qualifications
- B.A. Degree or five years’ experience in a mental health related field.
- Understanding of developmental milestones in children, youth, or young adults.
- Ability to assess, triage and organize work.
- Experience with behavioral interventions and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and behavioral intervention within Wraparound.
- Document services and coordinate with social services, education and mental health professionals.
- Collaborate with families, participants and caregivers and participate in supervision.
- Implement Wraparound philosophy and strengths-based, culturally responsive approaches.
- Support implementation of individualized goals and family-centered plans.
