Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking qualified BCs and MTs in Luzerne County to provide direct one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic services for children and adolescents. This role emphasizes data-driven treatment and collaboration with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.

We offer paid training, supervision toward licensure, and a comprehensive benefits package with W-2 employment and opportunities for advancement to BCBA/LSW/LPC roles.

Competenze

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related mental health field.
• At least one year of paid experience working with children or adolescents.
• Valid PA licenses (LBS, LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT or psychologist) for the $44.00 rate. Clinicians who meet IBHS graduate degree and experience requirements without a license start at $38.00 and receive free supervision toward licensure!
• PA Child Abuse, Criminal. And FBI clearances (within 2 years).

Mansioni

• Provide individualized, direct one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic services to children and adolescents.
• Complete Assessments through caregiver interviews and observations to develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans.
• Direct and supervise BHTs through Behavioral Skills training: instruction, modeling, rehearsal and feedback.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes and participate in IEP and CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
• Complete daily accurate documentation.
