Zusammenfassung

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Monroe County, PA, is hiring Behavior Consultants (BC) and Mobile Therapists (MT) to deliver direct behavioral and therapeutic services for children and adolescents. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support families through training and collaboration with schools.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work or a related mental health field.
• Hold a current Pennsylvania license (LBS, LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT or psychologist).
• Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal and FBI clearances (within 2 years).

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized, direct one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic services to children and adolescents.
• Complete Assessments through caregiver interviews and observations to develop evidence-based ITPs.
• Direct and supervise BHTs through Behavioral Skills training with instruction, modeling and feedback.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes and participate in IEP/CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
• Complete daily accurate documentation.
