Family of Kidz seeks a Behavior Consultant / BCBA to partner with schools, families, and staff to implement evidence-based behavioral supports in Nassau County, NY. The role may be part-time with fee-for-service or full-time depending on caseload and needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, SPED, psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting children and families.
• NYS Driver’s License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized behavioral supports with school teams.
• Conduct FBAs and design effective intervention plans.
• Provide coaching and training on behavior strategies to staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress.
• Travel between school districts for on-site consultation.
