Chimes in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Behavior Consultant to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program. You will partner with families, schools, and treatment teams to develop individualized behavior support plans and conduct assessments to help clients thrive at home, school, and in the community.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a related field, at least one year of relevant experience, and licenses or active licensure pursuit.

Pay Rate: $35.00+/hour
Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time

What You'll Do
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and comprehensive evaluations for new IBHS clients.
Provide behavioral consultation and recommendations to families, caregivers, educators, and treatment team members.
Deliver high-quality mobile clinical services in homes, schools, and community settings.
Provide crisis assessment, intervention, and behavioral stabilization support when needed.
Maintain timely, accurate, and high-quality clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Engage in regular clinical supervision to enhance your skills and support professional growth.
Participate in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.
Track behavioral outcomes and collect required assessment data for service reauthorizations.
