Chimes seeks a Behavior Consultant for the IBHS program in Allentown, PA. The role involves developing and overseeing behavioral plans, conducting assessments, and providing behavioral consultation under supervision. Part-time with potential progression to full-time.
Responsibilities include delivering mobile clinical services, documenting outcomes, and training staff while complying with licensure standards. Requires a Master’s degree and relevant experience; some clearances may be required.

It is the responsibility of the Behavior Consultant to develop and oversee the implementation of formal behavior management plans, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and provide behavioral consultation for IBHS clients as supervised by the Clinical Coordinator.

$32 /Hour Billable Rate
Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council of Higher Education Accreditation or an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services
One year of full-time experience in providing mental health services to children, youth, or young adults
Licensed or certification preferred, but not required
Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
