Job summary

New Story Schools in Mountville, PA, seeks a qualified ABA professional to support students ages 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will conduct functional assessments, develop PBSPs, and collaborate with teachers and families to implement data-driven behavior plans.

The role requires a Master’s degree in ABA/psychology/special education, at least two years of ABA service, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related human services field.
• Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery, including FBAs and PBSPs and staff training.
• Minimum of two years working with individuals with ASD or emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized positive behavior support plans.
• Provide behavioral consultation and progress monitoring for assigned students.
• Train and support teachers and staff on behavior strategies and data collection systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align behavioral goals with IEP objectives.

What You’ll Need
