Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a dedicated ABA professional to design, implement, and supervise ABA-based behavior plans for students aged 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will collaborate with educators and service providers to align behavior goals with curriculum and ensure ethical practice while mentoring staff.

The role involves data review, ongoing training, and guidance on ABA strategies to support safe, effective learning environments across the school system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or human services (master’s preferred).
  • Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license.
  • Minimum two years of clinical ABA experience with children with disabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavior support strategies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with school leaders, educators, and service providers to ensure consistency between behavior plans and educational programming.
  • Supervise, coach, and support staff delivering ABA services to promote high-quality and ethical practice.
  • Review data and outcomes to make informed recommendations for plan updates.
  • Provide training and guidance on ABA strategies, de-escalation techniques, and safe learning environment practices.
