Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized behavior support plans that empower students to make meaningful progress
• Guide clinical teams through assessment, data analysis, and plan implementation to ensure every student receives the support they need to thrive
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized support plans
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Consultants and clinical staff
• Review and analyze behavioral data to guide program adjustments
• Lead staff training on behavior intervention and best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification
• At least two years of experience developing and implementing behavior programs
• Advanced knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Eligibility to meet BCBA supervision standards within three months of hire
