Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a dedicated professional to deliver ABA services for students aged 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will conduct FBAs, develop PBSPs, monitor progress, and train teachers to implement data-driven behavior plans.

Two years of ABA experience and a Master’s in a related field are required, with strong collaboration skills for IEP-aligned goals. Competitive benefits include PTO, insurance, and tuition support.

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related human services field.
• Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery, including experience conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs and conducting staff training.
• Minimum of two years working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or emotional or behavioral disorders.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized positive behavior support plans
• Provide behavioral consultation and progress monitoring for assigned students
• Train and support teachers and staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure behavioral goals align with IEP objectives
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions to promote ongoing student success
