Job summary

River Rock Academy seeks a Behavior Coach to guide students toward positive decision‑making, self‑regulation, and social growth. You’ll provide structure and behavioral support while ensuring safety and collaboration across the school community.

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, behavioral science, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Knowledge of positive behavior interventions and crisis management techniques.

• Ability to remain calm, professional, and consistent in high-stress situations.

• Monitor behavior, enforce expectations, and maintain student accountability.
• Respond to crisis situations using approved safety and de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student success.
