River Rock Academy in Harrisburg, PA, seeks a dedicated Behavior Coach to guide students toward positive choices, self-regulation, and social growth within a supportive school environment.

You will collaborate with teachers and counselors, document progress, and respond to crises using approved safety and de-escalation techniques, while promoting a calm, consistent approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, behavioral science, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Knowledge of positive behavior interventions and crisis management techniques.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and consistent in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor behavior, enforce expectations, and maintain student accountability.
