River Rock Academy in Amity Township, PA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Coach to mentor students, promote positive decision-making, and support self-regulation within a safe school environment.

You will collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to implement behavior plans, monitor progress, respond to crises with de‑escalation techniques, and document outcomes to help students build resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, behavioral science, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Knowledge of positive behavior interventions and crisis management techniques.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and consistent in high-stress situations.
