Qualifications

• Master's degree in related discipline or graduating within the next 6 months.
• 2+ years professional experience with individuals with IDD required.
• Experience designing support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload for treatment implementation.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop support plans.
• Provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Collect and update data on individual care.
• Assist in crisis intervention as needed.

Skills

Experience with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD)

Designing support plans

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Education
