Formación

• 2+ years of experience providing ABA in a relevant role.
• Experience with positive behavior supports for individuals with I/DD.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Use ABA principles and positive behavior supports for client goals.
• Plan social events for individuals in the program.
• Provide support to direct care staff in behavioral crises.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with outside providers.
