Job summary

WORK Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Master Level Clinician to provide independent clinical support for adults with ID/DD in residential and community settings.

The role emphasizes PBIS implementation, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with residential teams to ensure person-centered, rights-affirming supports. The ideal candidate will conduct FBAs, develop PBIS-based plans, mentor staff, and participate in system-level reviews while traveling between program sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Licensure preferred; licensure actively pursuing encouraged.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in ID/DD settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical support to adults with ID/DD in residential/day programs.
• Conduct FBAs and develop PBIS-based Behavior Support Plans.
• Monitor and adjust behavior support strategies with program teams.
• Serve as a clinical consultant to staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coach and train staff to ensure fidelity of plans.
• Mentor newer clinicians and support PBIS trainings.
• Collaborate on systems-level PBIS, Safety-Care, and incident reporting trainings.
• Facilitate cluster meetings and clinical review processes.
• Engage families, DDS staff, DPPC, and community partners.
