Dungarvin seeks a Clinician I to support adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health needs within an Adapted DBT program. You will deliver 1:1 and group sessions, align with behavior support plans, and coordinate with families and therapists.
You’ll work under supervision to implement individualized supports and may travel to community events. The role emphasizes crisis management, staff training, and documentation in Therap and Microsoft tools.

The Clinician I will serve as a member of the Adapted Dialectical Behavior Therapy (A-DBT) team, dedicated to addressing the unique needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and comorbid mental health conditions. Clients receiving services are adults with multiple diagnoses and typically present with significant challenging behaviors.Individuals served may also be a part of the Community Protection Program with criminal histories. The Clinician I will operate under the direction of Clinicians II/III and/or the Tacoma Clinical Services Manager to implement programs, education, and skills training and coaching as defined by the individual’s support plan.
