Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Fullerton, CA is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will support development of social and communication skills and follow individualized behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology/education/social work/behavioral science or 1 year of relevant experience with children.

• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
