Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism. You will support development of social and communication skills and document progress under supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts and tracking milestones. The role requires empathy, strong communication, and a high school diploma or equivalent to start.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or minimum one year experience with children in roles like Paraprofessional or ABA Therapist.
