Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Truckee, CA invites applications for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions with growth to full-time as caseloads expand offer a clear progression path with free RBT training.

We provide mentoring, a supportive environment, and opportunities to advance to an RBT. Qualified candidates may travel locally and participate in quarterly bonuses and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit on the floor and transition to standing with assistance and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
