Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking motivated individuals to fill Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in San Francisco. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with paid training to become an RBT and pathways for advancement.

Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children on autism using ABA under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Travel is local where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted, and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
