Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential to full-time as caseloads grow. PBS offers complimentary RBT training and a path from BA to RBT, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA, collecting data, and coordinating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally (if required)
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
