Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in California on a part‑time basis with potential to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand. Roles offer training to become an RBT and a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and participate in ongoing trainings and supervision; benefits include flexible scheduling, quarterly bonus, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with lifting 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
