Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles in California. Opportunities exist to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with training to become an RBT and a clear career growth path.

Roles require travel locally, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, growth-focused environment. PBS offers a complimentary 40-hour RBT training, a quarterly bonus, and benefits for those eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
