Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in Mill Valley, California, is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. These part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand and provide a path toward RBT certification with complimentary training.

You will work 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum using ABA strategies under supervision, with flexible scheduling, travel as needed, and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level BA/RBT roles with potential to advance.
• Experience in ABA or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
