Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with 1:1 work with children on the autism spectrum using ABA strategies under supervision.

Training to become an RBT is provided, along with clear career advancement opportunities. Role emphasizes flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, and supportive team environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional degrees or related coursework considered a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and active client engagement during sessions.
• Willingness to travel locally if required and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
