Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS provides complimentary RBT training and opportunities for career growth within a supportive environment. Positions require a high school diploma, willingness to travel locally, and the ability to engage children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required) and reliable transportation.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
