Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in the South San Francisco area. Roles start part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering a pathway from BA to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
