Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in the San Jose, CA area.

Part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand, offering training to become an RBT and pathways to career advancement. Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and maintain safety.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
