Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Hayward, CA is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles.

This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand and training to become an RBT is provided. We offer annual raises, a quarterly $500 bonus for those averaging 25 hours/week, holiday pay, and a clear career growth pathway from BA to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, or related field experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
