Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) invites applications for entry level Behavior Assistant roles and experienced RBT positions. Part-time roles offer a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow, with access to training to become an RBT and optional Student Analyst roles toward BCBA ambitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psychology/education degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
