Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Positions are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers complimentary RBT training, a quarterly bonus, and career growth from Behavior Assistant to RBT. Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA sessions with children, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
